Yoong Soo Seo serves as the President and CEO of our Korean affiliate, KIPM. Mr. Seo has over 34 years of experience in the financial management industry, specializing in international finance, trade financing and foreign exchange control. He graduated with a law degree from Seoul National University and studied Business Administration at Ateneo de Manila University.

Prior to KIPM, he brings with him over 10 years of experience at the Bank of Korea as a Manager of the National Investment Fund Division. He served as the CFO and Director of Finance and Accounting at Korea Heavy Industries and Construction Co. Ltd. (currently Doosan Heavy Industry Co.). Mr. Seo has significant international exposure, particularly in the Asia region. He was the Assistant Controller of Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila , Philippines , where he supervised loan and grant disbursement to countries including China , Indonesia , India , Pakistan , etc. for 18 years.
