Mr. Pouliot has prior experience as a managing director for one of Indonesia's largest conglomerates for over ten years. He was the vice-president and branch manager for the National Bank of Canada for ten years, and has comprehensive experience in financial product marketing.

Mr. Pouliot has completed substantial work in the field of investment banking with large Asian conglomerates, and is well versed in both Asian and western cultures. Mr. Pouliot received a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Quebec, Canada. He is currently serving as chairman and CEO at Wah Fu International Holdings Limited (Quam Securities) in Hong Kong.
